About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to treatment provided by Alpha Male Clinic, Regus, Manchester Airport, 3000 Aviator Way, Manchester, M22 5TG. By booking an appointment you accept them. If anything here is unclear, ask before you book.

Age restriction

This website and all treatment are for adults aged 18 and over. Age-restricted pages carry an explicit confirmation step, and proof of age and identity is checked at the clinic.

Information on this website

The content here is general information about treatments, not medical advice for your situation and not a diagnosis. Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of a specific outcome. A clinical opinion requires an assessment and a consultation with a doctor.

Bookings and deposits

• A £100 deposit secures your appointment. It is deducted from the treatment price, so it is not an additional charge.
• The deposit is not refundable if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment.
• The balance is due on the day of treatment. Deposits can be paid by bank transfer, credit or debit card, or PayPal.
• If the clinic cancels or reschedules your appointment, your deposit is transferred to the new appointment or refunded in full, at your choice.

Pricing

Published prices include all non-optional charges for the treatment described, in pounds sterling. P-Filler is £1,450 for 15ml, £2,600 for 30ml and £3,950 for 50ml. A correction of up to 5ml, or a full dissolving, within four weeks of treatment costs £375. Where a treatment is priced at consultation, you will have the full price in writing before you commit.

Consent and suitability

• Treatment only proceeds after an assessment, a consultation, and your written informed consent.
• The clinic may decline or defer treatment where it is not clinically appropriate. Where treatment is declined at the consultation stage, the deposit is refunded.
• You are responsible for giving accurate information about your health, medication and medical history. Withholding relevant information can make treatment unsafe.
• You may withdraw consent at any point before treatment begins.

Aftercare and follow-up

Written aftercare guidance, a direct line to the clinic and a follow-up review are included. Outcomes depend in part on following that guidance, including avoiding sexual activity for two weeks while filler settles.

Results

Treatments are designed to improve girth, function or symptoms. Individual results vary with starting anatomy, volume used, the product chosen and any underlying condition. Longevity figures assume sexual activity around three times a week; more frequent or more rigorous activity breaks filler down faster. The clinic gives no guarantee of a specific result.

Images and testimonials

Clinical photographs are published only with patient consent, are not retouched, and are shown for educational purposes. They illustrate individual outcomes and are not a prediction of yours. Reviews are published as given, with patients free to review anonymously.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of your care, contact the clinic at main@alphamaleclinic.co.uk or on 07519 417695. Complaints are reviewed by the treating doctor and you will receive a written response. This does not affect your statutory rights or your right to raise a matter with a regulator.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, the clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your failure to follow aftercare guidance or from information you did not disclose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. These terms were last updated on 2 September 2026.
