How we work

Four steps, in this order

The order matters. Nothing is booked before the doctor has read your assessment, and no price is agreed before you understand the risks.

    Assessment

    You complete the online assessment in private. It covers symptoms, medical history, medication and what you want from treatment, and it is read by the doctor before you are offered an appointment.

  2. 2

    Consultation

    A private consultation with a UK GP. Suitability, anatomy, realistic outcomes, risks and alternatives are covered before any price is agreed. Some men are told treatment is not appropriate for them.

  3. 3

    Expert delivery

    The procedure is carried out by the doctor who assessed you, under local anaesthetic, in a single same-day appointment.

  4. 4

    Ongoing support

    Written aftercare, a direct line to the clinic, and a follow-up review. Corrections and dissolving are handled by the clinic that treated you.

Medical, not cosmetic

Why the model is a medical one

Much of this market is run as a cosmetic sale. That is the wrong frame for treatment that involves injection into the penis, and it is the wrong frame for symptoms that can point to disease elsewhere in the body.

  • Assessment comes first. Symptoms such as erectile dysfunction can be the first sign of cardiovascular or hormonal disease, so a clinical history matters more than a sales conversation.
  • The treating clinician is a doctor, not a technician working to a treatment target.
  • Risks and alternatives are named before any price is discussed, including the option of no treatment.
  • Prices are published rather than quoted after a pressure call. There are no countdown offers or time-limited discounts.
  • Complications are managed in-house, including complications caused at other clinics.

Consultations and procedures take place in a private consultation room. There is no shared waiting area with other patients, and no signage announcing why you are there.

  • On-site parking is available at the building, and the site is directly off the M56 at junction 5.
