  • A follow-up review.

What to be aware of

  • A correction of up to 5ml, or a full reversal, within four weeks of treatment costs £300.
  • The £100 booking deposit comes off the treatment price, so it is not an extra charge, but it is not refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand.
  • Additional sessions for the 30ml and 50ml packages are already in the quoted price.

How much filler do most men need?

Most first-time patients start at 15ml. It is conservative, the result is visible, and it leaves room to add more later.

A larger flaccid baseline usually needs more volume for the same visible change. The right volume is agreed at consultation, and if a smaller package achieves what you are asking for, that is what we will recommend.

Cost questions

How much does penis filler cost in the UK?

At this clinic, £1,450 for 15ml, £2,600 for 30ml and £3,950 for 50ml. Across the UK, published prices generally run from around £1,000 to £3,990 depending on the volume of filler and the product used.

Why is the price based on volume rather than a single fee?

The cost of the treatment is largely the cost of the filler. More volume means more product, and a longer procedure. Pricing by volume keeps the relationship between what you pay and what you receive visible.

Is the £100 deposit an extra charge?

No. The deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the treatment price. It is not refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand.

What does a correction or reversal cost?

Within four weeks of treatment, a correction of up to 5ml or a full dissolving and reversal costs £300.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The quoted price covers the consultation, the procedure, the filler, local anaesthetic, aftercare and a follow-up review. Additional sessions for the 30ml and 50ml packages are already included.

Do you offer finance or payment plans?

Payment is by bank transfer, credit or debit card, or PayPal. If a payment method or arrangement is not listed here, ask the clinic directly rather than assuming it is available.

How much filler will I need?

Most first-time patients start at 15ml. Men with a larger flaccid baseline typically need more volume to see the same visible change. The right volume is agreed at consultation.

How long does the filler last for the money?

Typically around 12 months at 15ml, up to 24 months at 30ml and beyond 24 months at 50ml. Longevity is based on sexual activity around three times a week, and more frequent or more rigorous activity breaks filler down faster.

Is a cheaper price elsewhere a concern?

Price alone tells you little. What matters is who performs the procedure, what product is used, whether the volume is stated, and what happens if the result needs correcting. Ask any clinic those four questions.

Do I have to pay for the consultation?

The consultation and suitability assessment are included in the treatment price. You can start with the online self-assessment at no cost and no obligation.
