What A.P.E actually involves

Nothing is injected until a consultation confirms the treatment is right for you. If it is not, you will be told so.

Medically approved hyaluronic acid filler is placed in layers under the skin of the shaft, guided by ultrasound, so the volume sits evenly rather than in a single pocket. Local anaesthetic is applied first.

You walk in and walk out the same day. The result is visible immediately and takes about two weeks to settle, which is when the final shape becomes clear. Most men describe an ache rather than sharp pain once the numbing wears off.

What this treatment can and cannot do

What it does

  • A subtle, natural-looking increase in girth.
  • An improved flaccid appearance.
  • An immediate visible result.
  • Minimal recovery, with most men pain free within 24 hours.
  • Fully reversible if you change your mind.
  • Performed discreetly in a private medical clinic.

What it does not do

  • It does not increase length.
  • It is not permanent, and filler breaks down over time.
  • It does not treat erectile dysfunction on its own.
  • It is not suitable for everyone, and you may be told no.

Risks, side effects and reversal

Risks

  • Infection is the main risk with any injectable procedure. The A.P.E method uses a wound sealer to prevent contamination while the site heals.
  • No medical procedure can be guaranteed.
  • Treatment is only carried out after a consultation confirms you are suitable.

Common side effects

  • Swelling and bruising are normal in the first few days. Most men are pain free within 24 hours.
  • The filler takes about two weeks to settle. Avoid sex during this period.

Correction and reversal

If within four weeks the filler has not settled the way you hoped, you can return for a correction of up to 5ml, or have it fully dissolved and reversed. The cost for either is £300.

Questions men ask first

Does penis filler hurt?

The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic, so the injections themselves are well tolerated. After the numbing wears off, most men describe an ache rather than sharp pain, and are pain free within 24 hours.

How long do the results last?

Typically around 12 months at 15ml, up to 24 months at 30ml and beyond 24 months at 50ml. Longevity is based on sexual activity around three times a week, and depends on the product agreed at consultation.

Will it make my penis longer?

No. A.P.E increases girth only. Any clinic promising added length from filler is misrepresenting what the treatment does.

Is the treatment reversible?

Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved. If within four weeks the result has not settled the way you hoped, you can return for a correction of up to 5ml, or have it fully dissolved and reversed. The cost for either is £300.

What are the risks?

Infection is the main risk with any injectable procedure, and the A.P.E method uses a wound sealer to reduce that risk while the site heals. Swelling, bruising and tenderness are common in the first few days. All risks are discussed in full at consultation before anything is agreed.

How long is the recovery?

You walk in and walk out on the same day. The filler takes about two weeks to settle, and you should avoid sex during that period. Most men return to work the next day.

Who performs the procedure?

Dr Mustafa Ganijee, a UK GP with more than 14 years of medical experience, carries out your assessment, the procedure and your follow-up.

Am I suitable for this treatment?

Suitability is confirmed at consultation. Active infection, certain skin or tissue conditions, previous permanent fillers or unrealistic expectations may mean the treatment is not appropriate for you.

Can I have A.P.E if I have erectile dysfunction?

Possibly, but girth filler does not treat erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction is assessed separately, because it can be an early sign of cardiovascular or hormonal disease that needs addressing first.

How do I book?

Complete the self-assessment or message the clinic on WhatsApp. A £100 deposit secures your appointment, and the deposit is not refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand.
