Treatment

What is P-Filler?

P-Filler, also called A.P.E, is a non-surgical girth treatment. Medically approved hyaluronic acid filler is placed in layers along the shaft under local anaesthetic, in a single same-day appointment carried out by a UK GP.

What is the P-Shot?

The P-Shot uses platelet-rich plasma taken from your own blood. Blood is drawn, spun in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets, then injected after local anaesthetic. It is designed to support tissue repair and blood flow rather than to add volume.

Who is not suitable for treatment?

Suitability is decided at consultation. Active infection, certain bleeding and clotting problems, some medications, and untreated underlying disease can all mean treatment is deferred or declined. If you are not suitable, the clinic will say so.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No. You can book directly. Nothing is shared with your GP without your written consent.

Can filler and the P-Shot be combined?

They address different problems, so some patients have both, usually at separate appointments. The sequence is agreed at consultation.

Pain and recovery

Will it hurt?

Local anaesthetic is used for every procedure, and most patients describe pressure rather than pain. Some tenderness and swelling for a few days afterwards is normal.

How long is the appointment?

Most appointments are walk in, walk out on the same day. Allow time for the consultation, the anaesthetic to take effect, and the procedure itself.

When can I go back to normal activity?

Most patients return to desk work the same day or the next day. Avoid sexual activity for two weeks while filler settles, and avoid heavy exercise for the first few days. Specific guidance is given at your appointment.

What is the swelling like?

Swelling and bruising in the first week are common and typically settle over two to four weeks. The final appearance should not be judged until swelling has resolved.

Results and longevity

How long do the results last?

P-Filler typically lasts about 12 months at 15ml, up to 24 months at 30ml, and 24 months or more at 50ml. Longevity is based on sexual activity around three times a week. More frequent or more rigorous activity breaks filler down faster.

Will it look natural?

The filler is layered to follow your existing anatomy, and you choose the strength of filler. Lower volumes are designed to give a subtle but noticeable change rather than an obvious one.

How quickly do P-Shot results appear?

PRP works through tissue repair, so most patients notice change over several weeks rather than immediately. A course may be recommended depending on your assessment.

Can you guarantee a result?

No. No clinic can. Treatment is designed to improve girth, function or symptoms, and outcomes vary with starting anatomy, volume used, the product chosen and any underlying condition.

Safety and risks

What are the risks?

Swelling, bruising, tenderness and temporary lumpiness are common. Less common risks include infection, nodules, asymmetry, filler migration and, rarely, vascular occlusion, which requires urgent treatment. Every risk is discussed before you consent.

Is it reversible?

Hyaluronic acid filler is not permanent and breaks down over time. Within four weeks of treatment, a correction of up to 5ml, or a full dissolving, is available at £300.

Who performs the procedure?

What happens if something goes wrong?

You are given a direct line to the clinic after treatment. Complications are reviewed by the treating doctor, and corrective treatment, including dissolving, is available. The clinic also treats complications caused elsewhere.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Your assessment and consultation stay within the clinic, nothing is shared with your GP without your written consent, and the clinic is a private suite with discreet access.

Cost and booking

How much does P-Filler cost?

£1,450 for 15ml, £2,600 for 30ml, and £3,950 for 50ml. Those prices include the consultation, the procedure, local anaesthetic, aftercare and a follow-up review.

What does the deposit cover?

A £100 deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the treatment price, so it is not an extra charge. It is not refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand.

How do I pay?

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, credit or debit card, or PayPal. The balance is settled on the day of treatment.

What does the P-Shot cost?

P-Shot pricing is confirmed at consultation, because it depends on whether a single treatment or a course is appropriate for you. You will have the full price in writing before you commit.
